1. Internal Audit Specialist

Job Desc:

  • To test and evaluate the implementation of the internal control and risk management system, in accordance with the company’s policy for certain process.
  • Prepare audit universe and risks matrix, prepare annual audit plan, review all significant processes, identify risks and control, develop audit program, conduct audit, supervise subordinates, discuss findings, prepare audit report, prepare presentation for BoD and Audit Committee, conduct follow up audit.
  • Conduct Audit Investigative, Preparation (Analysis for predication, Fraud Risk Assessment), Investigation (Planning, Executing, Reporting), Post Investigation (Litigation support, Expert testimony), digital forensics and baic digital and physical surveillance.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from reputable university majoring in Accounting/Audit/Finance
  • At least 2 years working experiences in big four audit firm
  • At least 3 years working experiences in internal audit in reputable company which included at least 1 year in managerial level
  • Hold an audit professional certification would be an advantage (CIA/CISA/CPA/CFE)
  • Having experiences in conducting graud Examination/Investigation

  • Prepare Treasury Monthly Report (Loan, Leasing, Time Deposit)
  • Prepare cash balance report
  • Monitor & Analyze cash balance
  • Prepare cash flow forecast
  • Prepare payment to Employees & Vendors
  • Review Non Cash Loan Application (Bank Guarantee, L/C & SKBDN)
  • Review Petty Cash
  • Treasury Monthly Closing

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years working experiences in Finance/Treasury

Job Desc:
