Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree from related subject such as accounting, business, management, economy, legal, etc
- Experience: 4-5 years of work experience in Enterprise risk Management, preferably in the Financial Technology Sector or Financial Services industries in general
- Knowledge and skills (Functional/Technical):
- Strong knowledge of industry regulatory landscape
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic with the ability to execute tasks in a timely manner
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Leadership/Managerial Attributes
- Key Competencies:
- Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details
- Strong communications and negotiations skills with all stakeholders
- Possessing Risk Management Certification is a plus
- Highly collaborative, entrepreneurial and roll-up your sleeves attitude
- Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
